Who is responsible

This policy applies to seednana.com and to the newsletter. Shops we link to have their own policies; read them on the shop's site before you buy.

What we collect and why

Reading the site: no account, no cookies set by us, no tracking across sites. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and request headers to serve pages and to block abuse; that is a legitimate interest in running a website securely, and Cloudflare keeps those logs only briefly.

Analytics: we use Plausible, a cookieless analytics service, to count page views and referrers in aggregate. It does not store IP addresses or identify individual visitors, and it does not use cookies, so there is nothing to consent to and nothing to opt out of.

Newsletter: if you subscribe, we store your email address with Resend, the service that sends our emails, on the basis of your consent. We use it only to send the newsletter. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.

Email you send us: we keep your message and address for as long as the conversation needs, and afterwards only if a correction you sent is cited on a record.

Retention

Newsletter addresses stay in our list until you unsubscribe and are deleted within 30 days after that. Analytics data is aggregate and never tied to a person. Hosting logs are kept by Cloudflare for a short, fixed period defined by Cloudflare.

Who else sees your data

Three processors, each bound by a data-processing agreement: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Plausible (analytics), Resend (newsletter delivery). We do not sell data and we do not share it with advertisers. If display advertising is ever added, this policy will be updated first and the change will be dated here.

Shopping links may be affiliate links. Clicking one takes you to the shop; what the shop collects from that point is governed by the shop's policy. See the Affiliate Disclosure page.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, withdraw newsletter consent at any time (the unsubscribe link does this instantly), and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to contact@seednana.com. If you are in the European Union you can also complain to a supervisory authority; ours is the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

We do not knowingly collect data from children, and the site is not directed at them.

Changes

This policy was last updated on 13 September 2026. Material changes will be dated here; we do not change the policy silently.
