Origin
Sweet Scarlet Dwarf is a Dwarf Tomato Project release, bred from Golden Dwarf Champion crossed with Elbe, selected by Craig LeHoullier in the F3 generation in 2009 and stabilised by project volunteers in Australia and the United States. The compact potato-leaf plant carries a heavy crop of medium to large oblate red fruit with an intense, complex flavour; because red proved hard to fix, an occasional plant still throws yellow or orange fruit.
